- Amendment to the Constitution of Maine to Allow Municipalities to Apportion Real and Personal Property Taxes on the Basis of Property Classification (LD 432)
- Providing a Refundable Tax Credit to Certain Businesses to Offset Credit and Debit Card Transaction Fees (LD 1504)
- Amendment to the Constitution of Maine to Require a Supermajority of the Legislature to Approve Raising Taxes (LD 1535)
- Eliminate the Property Tax on Business Equipment With a Value of No More Than $50,000 (LD 1603)
- Amendment to the Constitution of Maine to Apportion Differentiated Tax Rates on Real Property According to Use (LD 1610)
- Lower the Exclusion Amount for the Estate Tax and Create an Exclusion for Family Farms and Aquaculture, Fishing and Wood Harvesting Businesses (LD 1617)
