NFIB state director warns DOL commissioner of the significant concerns of our members regarding the "numerous and confusing new reporting and compliance requirements for employers."

NJ Small Businesses Not Informed of New Changes to DOL Reporting Requirements and Penalties

On July 31st, State Director Eileen Kean wrote to New Jersey Labor Commissioner Robert Asaro-Angelo requesting that the penalties associated with requiring employers to provide information to the Division of Unemployment Insurance (as required in P.L. 202, c. 120) be put on hold until employers are notified of new changes.
